BerthierToday, this characterful town is home to an array of architectural and natural treasures: its Baroque Italian theatre, the arches of its viaduct, and its river which flows out into a magnificent bay dotted with islets.  This ‘town of a thousand faces’ is particularly well known for its unique 16th century Pondalez houses.
